Let’s all take a breath and be realistic for a moment. When an author writes a bad book, he just shames himself; there is no question of anyone’s physical health being in danger. When an artist draws a bad painting, he doesn’t get his much needed recognition but that is it. There is nothing to worry about but when an Architect designs something bad it’s physically putting people in danger. A small calculation error or a tiny human mistake that could upset the structural integrity of the building could mean catastrophe. The Architect needs to be aware of the climatic condition of the province. Its soil structure, the purpose of the building and many other in a plethora of thoughts that which needs to be satisfied before starting the works on the building.
Here at Sigma College of Architecture, one of the top Architectural colleges in South India we take extra care to teach our student the hazards of the trade.
