A 21-storey high-rise church called the Wesleyan House Methodist International Church has been built by Rocco Design Architects in Hong Kong. It also comprises of a Sky Chapel at the top of the building which provides views across the city and its harbour. This 11,000-square metre building is situated on a small 800-square-metre plot and stands in a densely populated area of the city. Most of the church’s public functions are held on the building’s lower floors, where the main auditorium is located on the first floor above the entrance lobby which is open to the street. Additionally, in the basement, there is a worship hall. Above the auditorium, the floors contain children’s room, activity room, choir-practice room and eight floors of the office space. Staff residences make up to three floors at the top of the building.
